Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern access to and use of Yebo-AI’s services by business customers. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Overview

This is a B2B agreement. If you do not have authority to bind your company, do not use the Services.

1) Services

These Terms are between [[LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME]] (“Yebo-AI”, “we”, “us”) and the entity accepting these Terms (“Customer”, “you”).

“Services” means Yebo-AI’s software, websites, applications, APIs, and related services, including any AI and automation features. Any professional services (setup, onboarding, consulting, custom work) may be governed by a separate statement of work (“SOW”).

We may update the Services over time. Features may change, be deprecated, or discontinued.

2) Accounts & users

You must ensure all account information is accurate and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by your users and administrators.

You will not share user credentials across multiple people, bypass seat limits, or access the Services in a way that avoids fees or usage restrictions.

3) Fees, billing & renewals

Prepaid billing

Fees are billed in advance for each billing period (e.g., monthly) unless otherwise stated in an order form or SOW. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge applicable fees.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew for successive periods unless you cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period (unless an order form states otherwise).

Taxes

Fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties, unless expressly stated. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

Non-payment

If payment fails or is overdue, we may suspend or terminate access after providing notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure (unless we reasonably believe continued access would create risk or harm).

4) Refund policy

You may request a refund within 7 days after purchase for subscription fees paid for a new billing period, provided the request is made in writing to [[LEGAL_EMAIL]].

Except as required by law or expressly stated in writing, refunds do not include:

  • setup / onboarding / professional services fees
  • usage-based charges already incurred
  • third-party pass-through costs

After the 7-day window, fees are non-refundable and non-creditable, and your subscription continues until the end of the paid period unless cancelled.

5) Acceptable use

You will not (and will not permit users to):

  • send spam, unlawful, deceptive, or malicious communications
  • violate third-party platform rules (e.g., WhatsApp/Meta policies) when using integrations
  • attempt to probe, scan, or breach the Services, or interfere with security features
  • reverse engineer or copy the Services except as permitted by law
  • use the Services to store or process highly sensitive data (e.g., payment card numbers) unless explicitly permitted

We may suspend access to prevent harm, stop abuse, or comply with law.

6) AI features

The Services may include AI-assisted features (e.g., suggested replies, automations, content generation). AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving outputs before relying on or sending them.

You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, communications, and compliance obligations when using AI features.

7) Customer data & retention

You own your Customer Data. You grant Yebo-AI the right to process Customer Data to provide, maintain, and secure the Services.

Retention after cancellation

After termination or cancellation, we will retain Customer Data for up to 30 days to allow export, unless we are legally required to keep it longer or delete it sooner. After the retention period, we may delete Customer Data.

We recommend exporting your data before cancellation. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

8) Intellectual property

Yebo-AI and its licensors own all rights in the Services, including software, templates, workflows, and documentation. Except for the limited right to use the Services during the subscription term, no rights are granted to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services.

9) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YEBO-AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. :contentReference[oaicite:4]{index=4}

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable.

10) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL YEBO-AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YEBO-AI’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY CUSTOMER TO YEBO-AI FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11) Suspension & termination

You may cancel your subscription according to your plan terms. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, security risk, legal compliance, or violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. Data retention is described in Section 7.

12) Governing law & venue (USA)
